Pilates is a full-body exercise that strengthens the core, improves postural alignment, mobility and flexibility, as well as creates greater awareness of our bodies and movements in daily life. It can be performed on the Mat, or on Pilates-specific equipment such as the Reformer, the Trapeze Table, the Ladder Barrel, the Spine Corrector and the Chair.​

Slings Myofascial Training is a fascia-focused movement practice that deliberately optimises the unique qualities of fascia - the body-wide connective tissue that literally connects everything in the body. The movements are inspired by contemporary Pilates, yoga and Anatomy Trains Structural Integration. The movements can be executed with props such as massage balls, massage domes and trigger balls to enhance the experience. It promotes physical, mental and emotional wellbeing - a perfect complement to maintain or improve the positive changes created through manual therapy.
